The February 29th ~ March 2nd inspection, conducted by investigator John Gonzalez, documented that the dairy sold a cow for slaughter with illegal levels of penicillin. The letter also stated that the dairy lacked an adequate system to assure depletion of potentially hazardous drug residues.
